For customized orders, customers must confirm all details before production. Lovely Boutique is not responsible for errors in spelling, names, logos, dates, wording, or design details provided by the customer.

Lovely Boutique shall not be liable for indirect losses, courier delays, customer input errors, or issues caused by third-party service providers. However, we will assist customers reasonably where possible.
