Shipping Policy

At Lovely Boutique, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
Ready stock items are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Customized or personalized items may require additional preparation time depending on the design, quantity, and order complexity.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Malaysia is usually 2–7 working days after the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan, or remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Fee
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address, parcel weight, size, and courier rate. The final shipping fee will be shown before checkout.

Courier Delay
Lovely Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking their parcels whenever possible.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
